Something has gone wrong with our still camera, so all our photos have to be taken on our video camera which tends to take blurry and red-eyed photos; it's also a bigger ordeal to download onto the computer, hence the long while since my last posting of photos. Hi Lisa! I got your comment on my blog and thought I should reply before too much time passes and I completely forget! :o) How are you?
I got my blog background from www.thecutestblogontheblock.com, they have tons and tons of really fun stuff there...you should check it out! And the salad that you asked about is one that I made for dinner one night. Basically just olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh minced garlic and fresh basil. In that picture it's over tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, but I've also done tomatoes, cucumber and onions; and I think it would pretty much work with any veggie combo that you like! It's oh so yummy!!! :o)
oops, I forgot to say that I add a little salt to the olive oil and vinegar dressing... :o)
